ROAD TO THE BOGART CUP: CANADIANS TAKE GAME 3

It was a thriller of a game as the Carleton Place Canadians came out on top defeating Cornwall 5-4 Wednesday night.  With the win, the Canadians have won back-to-back games against the Colts and lead the best-of-seven series 2-1.

Tyson Stewart and Jordan Larson had 2 goals each, Andrew Dodson had the other while Goaltender Guillaume Therien finished with 24 saves as he picked up his 5th victory of the postseason.

On the Colts side, defenseman Ryan Patulli led the way with 2 goals while Nick Lalonde and Tristan Conrad also scored.  Denny Dubblestyne was a busy man in the crease as he faced 44 shots, making 39 saves in the losing effort.

Game 4 takes place Thursday night in Cornwall at 7:30pm.
