On the weekend, I went to see Game 2 between Waterloo and Listowel. While I was there, Commissioner Chuck Williams was there as well, with Midwest Convenor Doug Black. When I was speaking to Chuck he mentioned that the GOJHL is having a Midget Combine this year.

The Greater Ontario Junior Hockey League (GOJHL) is proud to announce that we are hosting our first annual GOJHL Midget Combine scheduled for the weekend of April 16-17, 2016 at Sports World Arena in Kitchener, Ontario.
The GOJHL will be evaluating 68 Midget prospects (’97, ’98, ’99 from Ontario) at a central location to provide players with an excellent showcase opportunity and to promote the career advancement opportunity the GOJHL offers.
Over 100 scouts, managers and coaches from the twenty-seven (27) GOJHL clubs will be in attendance during this two-day event to evaluate players in advance of the tryout season.
Registration is $399/player and is limited to the first 60 skaters and 8 goaltenders. Deadline for registration is March 22, 2016. Cancellation fee is $50.00.
