Pembroke Victorious In OT
Owen McDade scored the winner in the 1st overtime period as the Pembroke Lumber Kings defeated Brockville 3-2 and took a commanding 3-1 series lead. Felix Chamberland and Anthony Nellis also scored on the night while goaltender Jordan Piccolino stopped 32 shots in the victory.
Brockville, who scored two goals in less than two minutes to start the 2nd period, got goals from Neil Robinson and Jack Billings before the Lumber Kings got back into the game. Braves goaltender Bo Taylor was sharp in the net as he stopped 40 of 43 shots.
Pembroke now leads the best-of-seven series 3-1, Game 5 goes Thursday night in Pembroke at 7:30pm.

Hawkesbury Ties Series With Cornwall
Rory Gagnon scored the winner with 1:50 left on the clock in the 3rd period as the Hawkesbury Hawks came away with a 4-3 victory and tied up the series at two games apiece. CJ Stubbs, Jason Brochu, and Hunter Racine also potted goals for Hawkesbury while Gunner Rivers stopped 31 shots for the win. 18-year-old forward Reid Murphy pitched in with 3 assists as he was the leading point getter on the night.
Cornwall had goals from Peter Angelopoulos, Marly Quince, and Grant Cooper while Brett Nichol had 28 saves.
With the best-of-seven series tied 2-2, the two clubs will battle it out in Game 5 on Thursday night at 7:30pm in Cornwall.
